Now in its 22nd year, the Smucker’s Stars on Ice tour, “Live and in Color,” glides into the San Diego Sports Arena Feb. 9 at 7:30 p.m. Popular music, dramatic lighting, glittering costumes, cutting-edge choreography and state-of-theart technology set the stage for perform ances by ice skating’s most celebrated. Olympic silver medalist Sasha Cohen (pictured) headlines a cast of Olympic and world champions, including Ilia Kulik, Todd Eldredge, Yuka Sato, Michael Weiss, Kyoko Ina, John Zimmerman and Jennifer Robinson. Also appearing: world pair champions and two-time Olympic bronze medalists Xue Shen and Hongbo Zhao, along with twotime world silver medalists and five-time Canadian National Ice Dance Champions Marie-France Dubreil and Patrice Lauzon. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket is donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Tickets start at $25 and can be purchased at the Sports Arena box office (3350 Sports Arena Blvd.), Ticketmaster centers, at ticketmaster.com or 619-220-TIXS (8497).
