You Are What You Drink

SAN DIEGANS SHINE during Happy Hour. After work and before heading home, we’re not above rewarding ourselves with a well-deserved cocktail. While some of us stick to beer or wine, others like a little creativity in the cup. And we decided to take a shot at bottling some of that spirit by bringing the drinks to life.

After researching bar and restaurant menus near and far, we settled on several cocktail names that showed flair and pizzazz. Wow. We could’ve stayed ’til last call at Modus Supper Club. We finally zeroed in on their vodka-infused Skinny Dipper. But it was tough to pass up on a Bombshell, the Cherry Poppin’ or the gin-based Bitter Bitch.
